How to purchase tickets

Online – Tickets can be purchased easily, conveniently and safely through our online box office. Please note online bookings attract a $2.00 convenience fee.
By phone – To book tickets by phone please call our Box Office on 604.990.3474. We accept Visa and Mastercard. There is no booking fee for phone purchases.
In person – To book tickets in person please visit Presentation House Theatre at 333 Chesterfield Avenue, North Vancouver. We accept cash, credit and debit as payment. There is a $2.00 booking fee for in-person bookings.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm.
During Show runs the Box Office is also open 1 hour before weekday performances and at 1pm for weekend performances.

5 show flexi-pass

See more and save with our 5 show flexi-pass! Flexi-pass not only gives you significant discounts for five great shows from our season, but also entitles you to discounted rates for the rest.  Flexi-passes are $100 for adults or$90 for students (with valid ID) and seniors (65+).  Buy yours through our online box office today.

Please note tickets purchased through our online box office or at the door attract an additional $2 convenience fee.

Tickets will not be reserved without payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit and Cash (American Express is accepted for online sales only)

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, and $100.  please contact the Box Office for more information

Refunds/Exchanges

All sales final – No refunds will be given on tickets, but we will exchange tickets for another showing of the same production at no additional charge.

Lost tickets

Lost ticket replacements can be arranged by contacting the Box Office on 604.990.3474. Please note lost ticket vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Latecomers

Performances will commence promptly at the advertised time. Front of House will make every attempt to admit latecomers when there is a suitable break in the performance, however it is possible latecomers will not be seated. Front of House reserves the right to allocate latecomer seating if possible, to prevent disruptions to other patrons and the performance.
