How to purchase tickets
Online – Tickets can be purchased easily, conveniently and safely through our online box office.
By phone – To book tickets by phone please call our Box Office on 604.990.3474. We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no booking fee for phone purchases.
In person – To book tickets in person please visit Presentation House Theatre at 333 Chesterfield Avenue, North Vancouver. We accept cash, credit and debit as payment.
Box Office Hours
The Box Office is open Tuesday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
During Show runs the Box Office is also open 1 hour before showtime.

Evening performances usually at 8pm
Sunday matinees usually at 2pm
Ticket prices (includes GST)
Student (with valid student ID) $15
Family Series $15 General Admission
Arts Worker Ticket $15: Box Office, Administrators, Technician, Lighting, Wardrobe etc.
Group pricing is available at a discount. Please contact our Box Office for pricing.
Tickets will not be reserved without payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit and Cash (American Express is accepted for online sales only)
Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, and $100. Please contact the Box Office for more information
All sales final – No refunds will be given on tickets, but we will exchange tickets for another showing of the same production at no additional charge.
Lost ticket replacements can be arranged by contacting the Box Office on 604.990.3474. Please note lost ticket vouchers cannot be exchanged.
Performances will commence promptly at the advertised time. Front of House will make every attempt to admit latecomers when there is a suitable break in the performance, however it is possible latecomers will not be seated. Front of House reserves the right to allocate latecomer seating if possible, to prevent disruptions to other patrons and the performance.
