Please contract the box office directly regarding lost tickets prior to your performance time/date. Please note lost ticket vouchers cannot be exchanged.
Babes in arms are welcome to our KidsPlay shows and don’t need a paid ticket. Please specify when order that you will have a babe in arms so we can include them in our audience count. This is required for safety regulations. For most KidsPlay performances, kids 2 years and older need a ticket.
For our Big Ideas/Mature Perspectives, children 8 years old and older are welcome to attend but please use discretion when choosing whether to bring your young one to a performance. We ask that they be able to sit quietly throughout the show to ensure they don’t disrupt the performance and other patrons. Sometimes the subject matter may not be suitable or appropriate for young children. We’re happy to answer your specific questions about show content. Please don’t hesitate to call or email the Box Office before the show.
Gift vouchers must be claimed before or on the date of expiry. Patrons with gift vouchers must come in or call at least one hour prior to the performance they wish to attend. Patrons must present their gift voucher to redeem their tickets.
Seating for latecomers is not guaranteed. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Manager and at a suitable break.

Artists, dates, times and productions are subject to change.
Access 2 Program
We are part of the Access 2 Card Program! The Access 2 Program is for individuals with a permanent disability who require the assistance of a support person. Once certified by an authorized health care professional, the individual will receive a personalized Access 2 card. This card indicates to the ticket seller that the individual requires the support of an attendant, to which participating venues grant one free admission, while the person with the disability pays their regular admission fee.
Please contact our box office for more information on the Access 2 Program. If you are wanting to purchase tickets, you must purchase them in person and present your Access 2 card.
