Tickets can be purchased by phone with a credit card, online or in person at the Theatre. Tickets will not be reserved without payment. .In the case of shows where it is Free Admission or By Donation, reservations are still required.

Please include the following information in your EMAIL: your first and last name, phone number, postal code (part of our ongoing survey and not used to contact you), show name, the date and time of the show you wish to attend.

Feel free to include the number and type of tickets - adult, senior (65+), student (includes university students), or child - and any questions you may have in your email.

Please DO NOT included credit card information in your email, you will be contacted for payment information within 72 hours. Your email does not guarantee that your tickets are booked. boxoffice@phtheatre.org

Things to know

Arriving at the Box Office
: The Box Office opens an hour before show time (ex: 7pm for an 8pm show.) You may pick up your tickets any time after that. Seating is General Admission (Festival or Rush). The theatre doors open half an hour before show time for seat selection. We suggest arriving at approximately 7:20pm to pickup/purchase your tickets. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit or cash.

Parking: We have a small parking lot with approximately 26 parking spaces. If the parking lot is full there is street parking along 4th St and up Chesterfield Ave. There is no charge for parking. There are two spaces for handicapped parking.

Complimentary Tickets
: (producer, media, auction, donation) are subject to review. If you have actual tickets, please include the ticket number(s), and where they are from, in your email.Group Tickets: Not all shows have group ticket prices. Group tickets are usually $2 off regular ticket prices for groups of 10 or more. You must pay in advance for all tickets reserved. Please check with the Box Office to confirm details of booking a group.

Ticket Vouchers
: If you have a pre-paid ticket purchased from the producer of a show and have a voucher, you MUST redeem the voucher at the Box Office for a show ticket for that particular performance. You will not be admitted to the theatre without a show ticket.

Coupons
: Some shows offer reduced rates with coupons, usually found in the paper. Be aware that these are valid for one ticket only (unless otherwise noted) and are valid on regular ticket prices only. They cannot be combined with other promotional ticket rates.

Receiving information about shows: we encourage you to sign up for either the lettermail mailout or the email newsletter. The lettermail mailout includes a listing of shows for the current season and flyer material for most shows listed; it is sent out three times a year. The email newsletter (text only) is sent out two to three times a month. It will have more current information and usually includes a show's press release. You can also choose to be on both the lettermail mailout and the email newsletter list.
