Commercial Renters & non-Arts organizations $20.00
Performing arts workshops & events (profit) $18.00

Non-Profit Performing Arts Hourly Rates:
1 to 6 hours per month -- $15.00
7 to 30 hours per month -- $14.00
30 hours plus per month -- $12.00
North Shore theatre groups using more than 20 hours in a month -- $ 11.00

Weekly Rates

Weekly rates available for rentals of 30 to 50 hours per week. (Subject to availability)

Commercial Renters and non-arts events -- $530.00
Performing arts workshops and events (for profit) $400.00
Performing arts workshops/rehearsals/events (non-profits) $265.00

5 % GST must be charged on all rentals.
