1.Theatre Capacity:

158 seats, 137 raked seats in the main body of the theatre, comprised of:
17 rows of 6 seats (102)
5 rows of 7 seats (35),
And 21 on stage-right, comprised of:
1 row of 10 seats
1 row of 11 seats
2 wheelchairs can be accommodated, for which we must be notified in advance.


Stage Dimensions:

Width at Front: 24' at Rear: 24' 10"
Depth: 21' 3"
There is a 5' 7 1/2" fire alley in front of the stage that no set piece may block.
Fire alley size is not included in above stage-measurements.
Height to Grid: 14' 3"

Is a masonite covering on a wood subfloor

2.Loading Area and Storage:

Loading Door:

width 5' 5 1/2"
height 7'
Loading door located on the ground floor.
Access on west side of the building (this is also the stage door).
Stairway from the loading door stage and backstage on 2nd floor.

Front of House:
The Main Entrance and Box-Office are on the ground floor, off the parking lot.
Wheelchair access through fire alley and outer Museum doors on the North side
of the building (4th street entrance). Wheelchair access must be pre-arranged.

Audience entrance into the theatre is on the ground floor,
then upstairs to the 2nd floor lobby.
The Bar is located on the 2nd floor lobby.
Public washrooms are on the Ground floor

3.Parking:
30 free spaces in the Arts Centre parking lot.
There is plenty of street parking on Chesterfield Ave. and 4th Street.

Dressing and Make-Up Rooms:
Stage Level - Capacity 15
- L-shaped
- two washrooms
- one shower
- mirrors, counters, make-up lights and clothing racks
- three access points to stage from backstage

Miscellaneous Technical Information:
Utility sink/painting area is directly backstage.
Very limited storage space.
