Daily Rate
$315 – Rental rates do not include technical director fees.

Tech/Set Up/Rehearsal
$235/day – preparing for public performance – space & equipment

Two shows/day
$105 for each additional performance

Weekly Rates
* Based on $210/tech day and $290/performance day
* Rental Rates DO NOT include Technical Director.
* Technical Director MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES.
* Weekly rates vary according to the number of Technical days versus Performance days
* Rates INCLUDE Box Office, Reservation and Front of House Services..

$ 840   – $1160 (4 Day Week)*
$1050 – $1450 (5 Day Week)*
$1260 – $1740 (6 Day Week)*
$1470 – $2030 (7 Day Week)*

1. Beginning July 1st, 2007 – there will be a $1.00 surcharge on every ticket SOLD at Presentation House Theatre
2. Technical Director – The Technical Director fees are based on a minimum 4-hour call. Technician hours will be billed at $24/hour up to 8 hours. Overtime will be charged at time and a half ($36/hr) after 8 hours and at double time ($48/hr) after 11 hours.
3. Equipment – Any additional equipment other than that included in our inventory will be at the renter’s expense. A detailed list of our equipment is available upon request or on our website at www.phtheatre.org/theatrespecs.html
