Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged at no cost up to 72 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued for another performance within the same production (subject to availability).

Lost tickets

Please contact the box office directly regarding lost tickets prior to your performance time/date. Please note that lost ticket vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Age Limits

Babes in arms are welcome to our Theatre for Young Audience shows and don’t need a paid ticket. Please specify when ordering that you will have a babe in arms so we can include them in our audience count. Children aged 2 years and older need a ticket.

Children 8 years old and older are welcome to attend our adult programming. Please use discretion when choosing whether to bring your young one to a performance. We ask that they be able to sit quietly throughout the show to ensure they don’t disrupt the performance and other patrons. Sometimes the subject matter may not be suitable or appropriate for young children. We’re happy to answer your specific questions about show content. Please don’t hesitate to call or email the Box Office before the show.

Access 2 Program

We are part of the Access 2 Card Program! The Access 2 Program is for individuals with a permanent disability who require the assistance of a support person. Once certified by an authorized health care professional, the individual will receive a personalized Access 2 card. This card indicates to the ticket seller that the individual requires the support of an attendant, to which participating venues grant one free admission, while the person with the disability pays their regular admission fee.

Please contact our box office for more information on the Access 2 Program. If you are wanting to purchase tickets, you must purchase them in person and present your Access 2 card.

Our theatre and lobby washroom are wheelchair accessible via the 4th Street entrance, and we have wheelchair designated parking in our parking lot off Chesterfield avenue.
