Presentation House Theatre is an intimate 158 seat theatre.
Home to our professional theatre season, Presentation House Theatre is also available to rent for meetings, presentations and performances.

PRESENTATION HOUSE THEATRE RENTAL RATES

Please note: Rental Rental rates do not include PHT’s Technical Director fee. PHT’s Technical Director must be present at all times. Rental Rates do not include HST.

Daily Rate

Tech/Set Up/Rehearsal

$260/day – preparing for public performance includes space & equipment

Additional performances

$115 for each additional performanceTechnical Director must be present at all times

Additional information

• Rates INCLUDE Box Office and Front of House Services
• There is a $2.00 surcharge on every ticket sold at Presentation House Theatre
• Technical Director – The Technical Director fees are based on a minimum 4-hour call. Technician hours will be billed at $24/hour up to 8 hours. Overtime will be charged at time and a half ($36/hr) after 8 hours and at double time ($48/hr) after 11 hours.
• Equipment – Any additional equipment other than that included in our inventory will be at the renter’s expense.
