School Group Bookings
Please note that latecomers can be disruptive for other groups in the audience whose return travel plans may be impacted if the show starts late. Please plan your travel arrangements carefully to arrive at the theatre 20 minutes before the performance start time.

Billing and Payment
While we prefer payment via school cheque, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and cash.  Final invoices are issued one full week before the performance date and are based on the number of tickets booked at the time of invoicing.  Please make school cheques payable to Presentation House Theatre and be sure to include the PHT invoice number in the memo line.

Important! If you are paying by personal cheque, please make sure your school name and performance date are written on the back of your cheque.

Seating
Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to groups with students requiring specific accommodation. To help us prepare for your group’s particular needs, please let the box office know of any specific requirements in advance, especially individuals using mobility devices.

Complimentary Tickets for Student Aides
As part of your booking, we provide one complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets purchased for distribution among the group as determined by the teacher. Student Aides providing one-on-one support to a student are also admitted at no cost. Additional tickets may be purchased at the student rate when adults such as parents, caregivers, and other educators would also like to attend.

Absent Students
If on the day of your performance there are absent students, you may request vouchers for those students to attend a weekend performance of the same production with their parents or guardians. Please note that the student ticket is covered by the voucher, while the accompanying adult tickets must be purchased at the regular weekend pricing. If the weekend performances are sold out or the run is finished, we offer vouchers for these students to attend another age-appropriate production in the season for a weekend performance. Please note, vouchers are offered for absentee students only.

Arrival
Please plan to have your group at the theatre 20 minutes before the start time of the show.  Assign one teacher in advance to check-in with the PHT box office upon arrival on performance day. When checking in, please be prepared with the exact number of people in your group as this number is required in the unlikely event of a building evacuation. This teacher will be the contact between theatre staff and your school.

Late Arrivals
Latecomers will only be seated when and if there is an appropriate break in the show. There is no guaranteed seating of latecomers. In the case of unexpected delays in arrival time, please call the box office at 604.990.3474 to inform them of your estimated time of arrival.

Unforeseen Circumstances & Inclement Weather Policy
If your group is unable to attend a performance because of weather conditions that jeopardize safe transportation or result in school closures, or unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic congestion, bus mechanical failure, or delays in public transportation, we will make every effort to re-book you into another performance. Refunds will only be made if our performance is cancelled due to weather, fire, electrical or other insurmountable impediments.
