Constellations follows Roland, a beekeeper, and Marianne, a cosmologist through their romantic relationship skipping through time and universes. Marianne often waxes poetic about cosmology, quantum mechanics, string theory and the belief that there are multiple universes that pull people’s lives in various directions.
Exploring themes of love, loss and all the little moments that shape our worlds.

She is also a member of the LGBTQ+ and struggles with ADHD. Her goal is to facilitate great theatre in the city and become a better artist by working with amazing people. She is so excited to be bringing you this show!
Director Ricardo is a composer, actor, and director in Vancouver BC. He trained at Prairie Theatre Exchange, UofW, Second City, and VFS. Ricardo is making his theatre directorial debut boldly directing Constellations by Nick Payne. Previously directing credits include music videos, short films, and various children’s theatre pieces. He is pleased to get to blend his passion for scoring and devotion to theatre in one show; balancing the atmospheric beats and melodic parts into a cohesive whole.
