Stay-at-home dad Larry is suffering a mid-life crisis. His illustrious career as an inventor is in the past and his twenty-year old son is being raised by a smart phone. What better cure to Larry’s problems than a better house? Except Twyla, his hardworking wife, is anchored by the peace and quiet of their humble home.
Wrenched is a light-hearted musical that pushes a twenty-five-year marriage to the test when a small home repair triggers a disastrous renovation. Bad becomes worse when their house reveals a sobering secret. It comes down to the question: what, really, is at the heart of a home?
